About the Role andWhat You WillDoAs a UXLead at TrusTrace you hold a pivotal role in shaping our digitalproducts. Your expertise in design will contribute significantly toour efforts in creating usercentered engaging and effective digitalexperiences.
Collaborating closely with product managementengineering user research and business teams you will be drivingthe product design process from discovery toimplementation.
Key responsibilities includeestablishing and maintaining high design standards championing thedesign craft across various domains such as visual and interactiondesign design systems user research and process improvement.
Youwill ensure seamless experiences across product areas throughcrossfunctional collaboration leading to a unified and coherentproduct experience.You will also conduct userresearch evaluate user feedback and apply these insights to enhanceusability and ensure that usercentered design principles areconsistently applied.
Part of your role involves mentoring andguiding junior designers fostering an environment that iscollaborative creative and conducive to producing highqualitydesign work.
About Youand ExpectedExperienceYouare someone with a deep passion for the craft of design and havesubstantial experience in UX design thriving in complex andundefined problem spaces.
You care about the details of digitalproduct design and have a proven track record in a senior UX designrole preferably in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Yourbackground includes:
Relevant highereducation and/or significant work experience in product or UXdesign.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as aUX Designer or Product Designer preferably within a Product SaaScompanyExcellent understanding of usercentereddesign principles and strong grasp of UXmethodologies.
Experience in conducting userresearch and integrating insights into designdecisions.Strong communication andinterpersonal skills capable of articulating and presenting designconcepts to diverseaudiences.
YourStyleYou possess ahigh degree of autonomy while valuing collaboration andteamwork.
You have excellent communicationskills and are fluent inEnglish.
