    Program Manager Role

    The Program Manager will play a critical role in the success of our company, working closely with the leadership team to set the product vision for a globally scalable SaaS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to implement the product for our end customers, developing long-term relationships with customer leadership teams, and defining the DNA of the program management team at Osfin.ai.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of engineers to seamlessly implement the product for our end customers.
    • Work with the leadership team in setting product vision for a globally scalable SaaS.
    • Develop and foster long-term relationships with customer leadership teams.
    • Define the DNA of the program management team at Osfin.ai.
    • Map out and mutually agree on a clear business goal definition.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MySQL is mandatory.
    • Experience in working closely with clients/customers to understand business requirements, defining business goals and owning the end-to-end success of product implementation.
    • Proven track record of managing customers' expectations & fostering strong relationships.
    • Passionate about data analysis and capable in analyzing data to deliver valuable insights.
    • An automation enthusiast, with the tenacity to simplify processes for customers.
    • Minimum one year of work experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
    • Graduated from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering or business school.
