- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of TD SYNNEX's core business model and processes, along with IT product attributes and vendor requirements to accurately process sales orders.
- Stay informed about business initiatives, key processes, and internal resources to support sales in achieving organizational objectives.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines, ensuring that all business dealings reflect the highest standards of integrity and align with TD SYNNEX values.
- Efficiently process a high volume of orders with precision and accuracy.

- Act as the main point of contact for sales personnel, coordinating with finance, trade compliance, procurement, and management teams.
- Review and validate purchase requisitions submitted by sales operations in SAP, converting them to purchase orders for vendor submission.
- Manage the order process, providing timely updates to sales and product managers at critical stages.
- Initiate new stocking purchase orders with vendors as requested by product or inventory managers.
- Regularly review purchase order backlogs, updating vendor delivery dates and following up on overdue orders, while advising sales operations on order status.
- Process drop ship orders and confirm deliveries as soon as notifications are received from vendors.
- Handle inbound entries in the TD SYNNEX system for software licenses, services, and other intangible items, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for invoicing.
- Manage rejected orders by collaborating with sales and operations to correct and resubmit orders.
- Assist finance in resolving queries related to vendor invoices and credit notes.
- Oversee stock returns, rotations, and transfers to vendors.
- Ensure compliance with Purchasing and Global Trade Compliance guidelines.
- Maintain close communication with sales and product managers to meet or exceed customer expectations and adhere to vendor submission timelines.
- Document updates on new vendor line card processes as necessary.
- Understand vendor operational processes and become proficient in using vendor ordering tools such as portals and EDI.
- Comprehend TD SYNNEX internal processes and maintain adherence to trade compliance requirements.
- Assist Business Units with ad hoc requests regarding orders, returns, and inquiries.
- Meet and exceed predefined service level agreements (SLA) and individual key performance indicators (KPI).

- Experience in Sales/Procurement Operations with SAP and/or ERP systems is advantageous.

- Proficient communication skills in English, with strong problem-solving abilities.
