The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various job positions within the organization.

• Source and attract potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone and inperson interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
