    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a full-time position based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Experience in dispatching and logistics is a plus

    • E-way and unit conversion knowledge

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the dispatch of goods and products to various destinations
    • Plan and assign routes for drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
    • Maintain accurate records of dispatched items, delivery times, and locations
    • Monitor and track delivery vehicles to ensure they are operating efficiently
    • Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by working closely with drivers and customers
    • Ensure all necessary documentation, including invoices and shipping labels, are prepared and attached to goods
    • Implement and follow company policies and procedures related to dispatching and delivery
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner
