Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Siebel Analytics Techno Functional Analyst with experience as an Integration Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing Siebel functionalities, current customizations, integrations, mode of connection (real-time interface or batch processing), and internal custom-customizations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Analyze Siebel functionalities and identify areas for improvement

Evaluate current customizations and integrations within the Siebel environment

Assess the mode of connection, whether real-time interface (RTI) or batch processing, and make recommendations for optimization

Analyze internal custom-customizations and provide solutions to enhance system performance

Create technical specifications and designs for integration with third-party applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations and customizations

Provide guidance and support to the development team on best practices for implementing solutions

Perform system testing and validation to ensure successful integration and customization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Siebel Analytics Techno Functional Analyst with expertise in integration architecture

Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM and Siebel Analytics

Strong knowledge of real-time interfaces (RTI) and batch processing

Proven track record of analyzing and optimizing custom-customizations within a Siebel environment

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with stakeholders
