- At least 1 or 2 years IT experience, with some of it dedicated to application support
- Enhanced knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages. They include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of PHP.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Eager and motivated to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or anything similar.
- Must be capable of managing code migration, monitoring performance, and documenting all configuration changes.
- Significantly advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and skillfully repairing them.
- Configuring and setting up WAVE systems to meet customer requirements.
- Provide customer support by responding to reported issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system problems to identify and resolve issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams according to established procedures.
- Create documentation, instructions, and training materials to help customers implement and use WAVE systems.
- Contribute to projects aimed at expanding configuration options and improving system functionality.
