    FP&A Professional

    This role is a critical member of the Finance team, responsible for enabling strategic decision making through financial modelling, fact-based analyses, and interpretation of key business trends.

    The FP&A position will be responsible for managing annual planning, consolidating and forecasting financials, including expense and headcount.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Lead the development of annual operating plans, quarterly, and monthly financial forecasts.
    • Collaborate closely with accounting and business teams during close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Assess business scenarios to support investment prioritization and resource allocation decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain dashboard reports to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
    • Support business owners in headcount and capacity planning initiatives.
    • Conduct variance analysis and drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy.


    **Requirements:**
    • Minimum 2-6 years of FP&A or Business Finance experience at a leading technology company.
    • Strong financial modelling skills and quantitative analysis experience.
    • Ability to collaborate constructively with business partners and finance colleagues.
    • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets.
    • CA or CFA or ACCA or MBA are a plus.


    **What We're Looking For:**
    A highly-driven and self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively. Experience working with Adaptive Insights, Planful, Anaplan or similar EPM tools will be an added advantage.
