    TIMINGS:
    9:00AM to 6:00PM (Alternate Saturday & All Sunday FixedOFF)
    ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

    Corporate TravelManagement:
    Handle all aspects of corporate travel arrangements includingbooking flights accommodations land transportation and ferryservices.
    Ensure that all travel bookings are made in accordance with companypolicies andguidelines.
    Coordinate with various stakeholders to meet the specific travelrequirements ofemployees.

    Guest HouseManagement:
    Manage bookings and reservations for company guest houses ensuringavailability and suitability foremployees.
    Coordinate with local teams to facilitate smooth checkin/checkoutprocedures for employees staying at company guesthouses.

    PanIndia TeamCoordination:
    Collaborate with our panIndia team to streamline travelarrangements and ensure consistency across differentlocations.
    Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues orconcerns related to travelarrangements.

    Invoicing and AccountManagement:
    Oversee the invoicing process for corporate travel servicesensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
    Maintain detailed records of all invoices and payments andreconcile accounts asneeded. Monitorcredit accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensurefinancialstability.

    AdministrativeSupport:
    Provide administrative support as needed including organizingtravelrelated documentation maintaining databases and preparingreports formanagement.

    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in corporate travel management or related rolespreferred.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multipletaskssimultaneously.
    Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in financialrecordkeeping.
    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of ateam.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities anddeadlines.
