    Job Purpose:


    As a Project Manager, individual will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the Debt Management.

    This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform, Project Management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Candidate should oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The responsibilities include defining project goals, creating schedules, managing resources and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
    • Create solution architecture blueprint.
    • Provide subject matter expertise to all aspects of Salesforce platform.
    • Conceptualization, Building Solutions in constant discussion with Business Partners, OEM (Solution Providers) & Tech Stakeholders and presenting the approach to senior management by using presentation tools.
    • Require expertise in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Finalization, BRD Writing, Solution Designing all Digital Products integration.
    • Candidate should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/ development and have the experience of testing in-depth.
    • Candidate should be able to identify project deliverables, organize tasks & activities, follow up diligently with all stakeholders and ensure milestones are achieved within the target timelines.
    • Candidate should be well versed with API integrations.
    • Candidate should have knowledge of Debt Management processes & LMS.
    • Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
    • Understanding and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirement.
    • Drive collaboration with internal stake holders to develop & implement requirement for new and existing systems/ solutions.
    • Candidate should be well versed with day-to-day operations of Retail Banking Asset Operations.
