    Job Description: Seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the packaging industry, with a deep understanding of industrial packaging materials and solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Bangalore region.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial sector, focusing on key industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of packaging solutions.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights to drive product development and marketing strategies.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development within the packaging industry, with a focus on industrial packaging materials.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
    • Strong understanding of industrial packaging materials, processes, and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of initiative and drive to succeed.
