    Job Title:

    Treasury Operations & Risk Management Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Minimize financial risk by working closely with the business.
    • Review funding needs and provide monthly reporting of all treasury activities to Senior Management.

    Hedging and Funding Activities:

    • Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities, including Forex, Swaps, loans, and deposits.
    • Oversee cash and liquidity management through Cash Flow planning and forecasting.

    Treasury Operations & Controls:

    • Manage Treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling, sweeping, Forex, loans, Payable Financing, and Receivable Financing.
    • Manage Banking relations, rollover, drawdowns, and interest negotiation with banks.

    Compliance and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with banks for 360-degree closure, including documentation for new sanctions, enhancements, renewals, and queries.
    • Prepare bank compliance documentation, including Stock Statements, Unhedged Foreign Currency, and other compliance documents.
    • Perform monthly closing activities, including interest schedules and Forex position reporting to Japan.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CA or Intermediate certification.
    • Certification in banking or finance (e.g., ACA, CFA, or similar).
    • Experience in managing banking relationships and foreign transactions.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Minimum 2.6+ years of experience in banking operations, credit management, or finance.
    • Knowledge of foreign exchange markets and international payment systems.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Good negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with external parties.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
    • Thorough knowledge of Banking Rules and Regulations.
    • Ability to interact with Banking SPOCs and internal members.
