Role: Full Stack Developer (Python + React)
Role Overview:
Were seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python + React) with experience in building complex, scalable systems. Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about learning and delivering high-quality output. While we dont expect you to know everything, we value ownership and a hunger to learn.
About the Product Vision: (Calyxr.AI)
Calyxr.AI is building an AI-native communication engine for healthcarestreamlining the fragmented, high-stakes dialogue between providers, patients and clinical systems. The platform uses advanced ML and LLM agents to automate patient intake, follow-ups, and care coordination, ensuring no critical detail falls through the cracks. Our goal for 2026 is to solve the communication bottleneck with text/email/Call with AI in healthcare, but were architecting the platform to eventually scale into any vertical where complex, regulated communication is the backbone of the business.
Net effect: a seamless, AI-driven experience that lets clinicians focus on patients instead of playing phone tag.
Your Impact:
- Build and maintain the platform's core engine using Python (FastAPI) and React to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Solid experience in backend engineering with strong expertise in Python and distributed systems
- Design and manage a resilient, event-driven architecture using Inngest, deploying and scaling services across AWS (Lambda and EKS).
- Leverage experience with Twilio, Telnyx, and Retell to build and optimize AI Agents with n8n or Ag-UI is a significant plus.
- Partner with the team and Staff Engineers to define the long-term roadmap, strategies, and KPIs, demonstrating a "go-getter" attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the platform remains secure and HIPAA-compliant in close partnership with the DevOps team.
- Act as a leadership figure within the engineering team, quickly learning new technologies and ensuring all defined goals are met.
