#softtek is hiring a UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions Engineer to join our team in India and support the organization.

Experience with UKG Kronos Dimensions and competitive products, Technical and functional domain expertise.
Participate in end-to-end implementation work of UKG Kronos Dimensions and related technologies, ensuring successful configuration, integration, and user adoption.
Associate should be able to handle UKG Kronos Dimensions functional configuration for example Accruals, Absences, Entitlements, Advance Scheduling, Attendance & Timekeeping, Access Profiles, Pay Rule & Policies, Reports etc.
Oversee Kronos & other T&A system upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
Defines technical standards and prepare standard operating procedures for UKG Kronos Dimensions & other T&A application.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Kronos and related technologies & maintain and optimize solutions to build a robust system.
Perform the management and maintenance of T&A system tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, reports and analytics.
Ensure seamless integration between T&A tools and other IT ecosystem.
Good to have expertise on Service-Now HRSD case handling & management.
Work with end users, Information Technology support staff, HR customer and Vendor to, provides functional & technical expertise, conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot problems, and resolve application issues.
Should be good in using MS Tools like Teams/Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint. etc.
Good written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively share thoughts & ideas in a simple and understandable way.
Apply analytical & problem-solving skill to perform daily tasks with good troubleshooting capability.
Good team player with ability to manage multiple & parallel projects/task and desire to learn new technologies and capability to drive innovation.
Exp-6years to 10years
