    •Improving the performance of the underperforming AM - BB and PAM - BB


    •Driving BSMs/ AM - BB and PAM - BB on lead campaigns for increasing business throughput


    •Training, Guiding and Supporting the AM - BB and PAM - BB/BSMs on Digital adoption, product and processes


    •Driving other initiatives advised by HO Channel performance management team

    Job Requirements -


    • Graduate - Above 5 years of experience


    • Post Graduate - 4 years of experience


    • Customer orientation


    • High energy and drive


    • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skill
