This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing or a related field.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proficiency in using ticketing software and reservation systems

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the ticketing process for clients including booking, scheduling, and rescheduling of flights, trains, and other modes of transportation
    • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of tickets, vouchers, and itineraries
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to ticketing
    • Assist clients with travel arrangements, including hotel booking, car rentals, and visa processing
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and provide customized travel packages
    • Coordinate with airline and transportation providers to resolve any issues or delays faced by clients
    • Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to existing bookings as per client requirements
    • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance the ticketing process
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor
