    Description

    Job Description And Responsibilities :


    • Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects, providing detailed information to assist developers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
    • Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
    • Perform regression testing after bug fixes or enhancements to ensure overall system stability.
    • Conduct performance testing to identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring optimal software performance.
    • Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and techniques related to software quality assurance.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that quality is built into the software development process from the beginning.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on test status, including test progress, test results, and any potential issues or risks.
    Soft Skills :


    • Communication Skills: Translating complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Problemsolving: The ability to approach challenges & problems methodically and, put a structure to them, and solve innovative solutions.
    • Critical Thinking: To interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensures data accuracy and recognizes anomalies.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Business Acumen: You have a basic understanding of business operations, marketing strategies, and products to align analytical initiatives with business goals.
    Technical Skills :


    • Lean Six Sigma Certification: Having a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt would be a major benefit to the role.
    • Machine Learning: While not always necessary, having a basic understanding of machine learning concepts and models can be advantageous
    • Industry Experience: While not always a dealbreaker, having experience in your particular industry can provide valuable context.

    Case Studies:

    It can be beneficial if the candidate has a portfolio or specific case studies showcasing their achievements and how they drove impact.


    • Agile: Having worked in an Agile work model and being familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. )
