    We are seeking a highperforming SalesManager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growthtargets by keeping our company competitive andinnovative.
    Responsibilities:
    • Developstrategies to increase market share by identifying newopportunities in existing markets or developing newmarkets.
    • They identify and contact potentialclients to determine their needs and assess their interest in thecompany s products.
    • Negotiating contracts andmanaging relationships with vendors suppliers partners and otherexternal parties to ensure compliance with legalrequirements
    • Analytical role in conductingresearch and performing analyses on the performance of the salesdepartment ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy ofdaily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to seniormanagement.
    • Provide training and coaching tothe team to improve their sales skills and close moredeals
    • Collaborate with other departments toensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Set teamtargets and develops incentives rules and regulations to motivatethe team to achieve their goals
    • Stay uptodatewith industry trends and developments to identify new salesopportunities.
    • Develop Funnel Building Leadmanagement process & Sale processautomation

    Requirements&Skills:
    • Proven 35years of experience in B2C sales in an EdTechBackground
    • Strong leadership skillsdecisionmaking and the ability to manage a teameffectively
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Experience in developingsales strategies and setting targets
    • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam
    • BMS/BBA/MBA or other graduation in salesand marketing fields.
    • Problemsolving &relationbuildingskills
