    Description

    This position will collaborate with and manage My E-Haat Partners and stakeholder relationships with the on ground teams (including Artisans, Industry experts, consultants, Institutions, etc) with a focus on strategic brand placement through different media.

    Responsibilities:

     Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

     Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) for social media and manage craft products promotion campaigns.

     Develop creatives, collaterals, banner and standees for marketing promotions.

     Collaborate with internal teams to enhance design and content on My E-Haat website and optimize user experience.

     Work on Website development and promotion of artisan stories, testimonials of customers through all SM channels.

     Manage social media accounts (e.g. Instagram timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

     Develop creative content including posters, pitch decks, videos, product reels for My E-Haat and SD & L thematic.

    Attributes and experience:

     Proven work experience of 4-6 years as a social media manager/ copywriter/ brand manager.

     Proficiency in design software (Adobe creative suite & Video editing tools).

     Proven record of hands-on experience of implementing promotional campaigns through SM.

     Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders -including artisans, design professionals, foundations and corporate roles will be considered as relevant background.

     Proven record of brand building and boutique content creation and excellent copywriting skills will be required.

     Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

     Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

     Knowledge of online marketing channels

     Familiarity with excellent web and graphic design

     Excellent communication skills

     Analytical and multitasking skills

     Excellent report writing (Word and PowerPoint) and presentation skills

    Qualifications and Skills:

     Master's degree in design/ marketing and communication or related field.

     Excellent management and organizational skills.

     Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and team player.

     Ability to deal with unstructured and changing environments.

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
