Position Title: Sharepoint Developer

Location: NCR/Mohali

Position Type: Regular Full-Time

We are looking for a Microsoft Specialist/ Sr. Engineer Power Platform Responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Power Platform application systems in test and production operations, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. You will also be required to oversee Office 365 services, applications, and tools, including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint online, MS Azure to ensure high-availability and security for the support business applications., adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures.

What you'll do:

• Deliver services and solutions using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations

• Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying organization requirements.

• Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent)

• Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate;

• Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.

• Recommend and guide development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors

• Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• Assists in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions.

• Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions

• Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.

• Pro-actively participate in escalated issue resolution for Office365 applications, tools, features, etc.
• Must be a self-starter and can work independently as well as within a tightly formed team

• Oversee the maintenance of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure).

• Write and support custom scripts (PowerShell) to remediate issues and automate tasks as well as to support reporting, licensing, and troubleshooting Office365 and on premises AD, Exchange, and SharePoint deployments.

• Adhere to technical policies, standards, best practices, and organization's Change Management procedures.

• Ensure quality standards are met for engineered solutions and promote continuous improvement across the entire Office365 platform.

• Provide and maintain clear, concise, and customized documentation that is appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Work on assigned projects and complete within timetable established by leadership
• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise taxonomy, terms, and keywords for the term store

Who we're looking for:

• Masters'/Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience.

• ITIL V3 is also preferred.

• Proficient in o React, Typescript/JavaScript, API Calling Methods, GitLab. SharePoint API methods, Microsoft Graph API methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, PL-400 or equivalent, are highly desirable.

• Good experience with the Microsoft Power Platform Administration Foundation

• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps / Flow)
