    Designation: AssociateConsultant

    Base Location:Gurgaon

    This is a clientfacing role with the key responsibility of undertaking assistingour clients in successful delivery and implementation of companysproduct in their construction projects. The consultant shall berequired to travel to client project sites to get the desiredsoftware usage results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate & understand clientprojects processes plans etc.
    • Setup and implement the company onclient projects as per client requirements.
    • Conduct product trainingand hand hold the customer on using the product
    • Interact and liaison with client users and teamson various procedures such as resolution of queries / issue /escalation etc.
    • Proactively support client management byundertaking & presenting project related analysis basedinsights from data in the company to help clients expediteconstruction.
    • Support in preparation of case studies toquantify the impact of the product delivered toclients.
    • Support in taking client feedback on productimplementation for improvements and provide it to the companyproduct team for consideration.
    • Ensure highest quality of the softwaredelivery to clients.
    • Ensure completion of project delivery milestonesas per schedule.

    Experience and Qualification:

    • Bachelors degree in civilengineering from a reputed college
    • MBA in Construction Management from aTier 1 College is mandatory.
    • 13 years of workexperience
    • Experience of working on project sites preferablyroads or metro or buildings projects
    • Experience of working withproject management software.
    • Experience of preparing presentationsand excel based analysis to clients / customers / internalstakeholders.
