This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Shoes Pattern Maker at Torpedo Shoes Pvt. Ltd located in Kanpur. As a Safety Shoes Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for creating and developing patterns for safety shoes. You will collaborate with the design team to translate their concepts into functional patterns, ensuring accurate sizing, fit, and construction. Additionally, you will work closely with manufacturers to ensure the successful production of high-quality safety shoes.

• Strong knowledge and experience in pattern making for safety shoes
• Familiarity with industry-standard CAD software for pattern making
• Attention to detail and ability to create precise and accurate patterns
• Understanding of materials and construction techniques used in safety shoe manufacturing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and manufacturers
• Knowledge of safety shoe regulations and standards is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
