    JobDescription We have anexciting opportunity for an Asst. Manager CustomerService to independently handle customerservice desk for ocean exports and imports.


    Keyresponsibilities:

    Handling of Key Accountbusiness of Ocean Exports by sea whichincludes entire coordination with bothshipper consignee Carrier Freight ForwardersTransporters CHA for CFS and Factory Stuffing ofcontainers / LCL cargo.
    CoOrdination with Overseas Office forNomination Shipment & HandlingNomination Shipment.

    Responsible formanaging and reviewing export and import operationsin accordance to ocean freight business andcustomer needs CoOrdination with Sales& Documentation team for ShipmentProcedures.

    SendingQuotation to customers for Ocean Exports & Imports.
    Should Handle Hazardous & Reefercontainers. Should Handle Over DimensionalCargo. Establish & maintain a strongworking relationship with Customers to getmore business with existing customers.
    Manage reporting requirements of departmentsuch as DSR Operation Tracking ReportTime management prioritizing tasks andmeeting deadlines.

    Produce quality work evenwhen under extreme time pressure & deadlines.
    JobRequirementBachelor s degreein Commerce Logistics or related field with over 8 years ofexperience in thejob offered out of which at least 4 years of experience inOcean Export andImport.

    Should havehandled shipment for a minimum volume of 150 containers permonth.
    Skills/RequirementAdvanced skills inMS Word Outlook and Excel.
    Ability to makeeffective decisions under pressure.

    Ability to gatherand interpret relevant data and informationExceptionalcustomer service skillsExcellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsGood telephone andEmail etiquette and skillsGood knowledge ofEnglish language (verbal/written) skillsAbility to thinkanalytically and should be a problem solver.
