    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at DataMites. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as expanding the business with existing clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with world-class data scientists and business consultants, and play a crucial role in transforming organizations through our advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The job is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or software industry
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
    • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new clients through a combination of prospecting, networking, and cold calling
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand business opportunities
    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including data scientists and business consultants, to ensure successful project delivery
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
