    About the Role

    This highly visible position offers significant growth opportunities. The Team Lead will:

    • Review and quality-check outputs processed by team members.
    • Assist with active finance and administrative support requests in areas such as Billing, Accounts payable, and expense management.
    • Manage workflow during shifts, coordinating between customers and team members.
    • Be responsible for timely delivery (TAT) and quality of deliverables during shifts.
    • Communicate with customers via email, chat, or calls when necessary.
    • Train and supervise team members.
    • Create and update workflows/SOPs regularly.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience

    • 7+ years of experience working as a senior specialist or lead position in a global organization, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm.
    • Experience with all finance and administrative functions, including Billing & Finance, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense reporting, reconciliation, and time entry adjustments.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Applications, specifically Excel.

    Qualifications

    • Commerce Graduate with excellent accounting skills.
