    Description

    Job Title: Business Development Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing of Businesses: Identify potential customers in assigned areas, form joint liability groups, verify customer residences and businesses, and conduct KYC checks.
    • Collection and Deposit: Collect current dues from group members on time, deposit the collected amount, and update the MERC system accordingly.
    • Lending Support: Assist the Management Committee-Internal Controller (MC-IC) in completing disbursement activities and loan documentation processes.
