    Location- Work from Home

    Experience required: Minimum 2 years of experience with Leadership Profiles

    Compensation: Up to 28 K (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current / previous Fixed Salary)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Candidate sourcing and Screening hundreds of applicants through and LinkedIn and conducting telephonic interviews (screening/introduction) per day to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements of our clients.

    Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping

    Process applicants through a funnel of screening.

    Report recruiting activities on a timely basis.

    Uploading the requirements on social platforms, portals to get the desired candidate, and maintaining their proper record.

    Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our Clients Recruitment process.

    Maintain a proactive approach in seeking feedback from candidates to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.

    Assist and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including, screening, interviewing, and feedback.

    To ensure the internal dashboard is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding.

    Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for technical positions

    Screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews

    Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through professional organizations, social media, and industry events

    Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and company culture

    Negotiating salary and other job offers with candidates

    Maintaining accurate records and documentation in the company's applicant tracking system

    Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and labor laws related to technical recruiting

    Developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent

    Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process.
