    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, a startup company in the interiors industry. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving business growth targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The salary range for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd currently has 11-50 employees and is rapidly expanding.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interiors or related industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
