Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Work on Generative AI-based solutions such as chatbots using RAG approaches.
- Implement and optimize product matching, image recognition, and NLP/LLM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and workflows.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar frameworks.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and Gen AI frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI Developer.
- Proficiency in Python (functions, debugging, data manipulation, system design principles).
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure AI Services, and other ML/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in SQL (aggregations, joins, complex queries).
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
- Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.) and RAG-based chatbot development.
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in model optimization and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with product integration and deployment on cloud environments.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile development practices.
