    Aboutthe JobRole
    Dhitvais looking for young talented and selfdriven people to join ourteam. We are seeking to hire Founders Office Intern. As a FoundersOffice Intern you will gain handson experience in a dynamic startupenvironment and will work closely with our founders. You will havethe opportunity to grow your skills in leadership organisation andproject management while contributing to the growth of ourcompany
    RolesandResponsibilities
    1. Assistand support the Founders in day to dayoperations.
    2. Organise and manage schedules andappointments for the Founders.
    3. Conductpreliminary market research on emerging trends in theindustry.
    4. Assist in coordination of companyevents including logistics andprocurement.
    5. Coordinate and schedule companymeetings and prepare meeting notes.
    6. Work withthe Founders to oversee various projects andinitiatives.
    7. Create and maintain a filingsystem for all company documents andrecords.
    8. Pick up special projects which alignwith the key priorities at differenttimes.
    9. Develop and manage relationships withkey stakeholders including investors strategic partners andinternal stakeholders
    10. Spearhead and coordinatecompanywide meetings on behalf of the CEO
    11. Assist in building business processdocumentation to support the ventureestablishment
    12. Business and corporate strategicplanning shall include lead generation strategies industry analysismarket research and strategy value assessment. A lot of databasedresearch and strategymaking will be requiredhere
    13. Work closely across multiple functions(product growth sales and engineering) to optimise and executestrategic partnerships
    14. Screening resumes andapplication forms scheduling and confirming interviews withcandidates &interviewers

    Requirements:
    1. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    2. Availability to work a minimum of 40hours per week.
    3. Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to workindependently.
    4. Strong proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
    5. Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
    6. Proven ability to be a selfstarterand proactive problemsolver.
