    ERP Sales Manager

    Kensium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

    About the Role

    • Lead Kensium's sales efforts for Acumatica ERP, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to deliver high-quality customer demonstrations and presentations.
    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

    Requirements

    • 8-12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in ERP sales.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
    • Excellent communication, planning, organization, and presentation skills.
    • Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Ability to conduct effective needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
    • Good experience in CRM and MS Office products.
    • Ability to travel up to 30%.
