    Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team performance and development.

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B and B2C partnerships, to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and synergy in sales strategies and initiatives.

    Monitor and report on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in sales approaches.

    Conduct regular reviews of sales processes, performance, and strategies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of UNIABROAD's services.

    Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record in overseas education sales and business development.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building enduring client relationships.

    Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

    Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

    In-depth understanding of the education industry and study abroad programs.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) tailored for the education sector abroad is a significant asset. Your ability to leverage educational SaaS solutions adds value by enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
