    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at yogini-tradex-private-limited.

    About the Role

    This is a key position within our organization, responsible for identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Identifying and reducing all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
    • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
    • Compiling and implementing the annual internal audit plan.
    • Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
    • Overseeing risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
    • Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to management and/or risk committees.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a CA qualified professional.
    • Strong knowledge of SOPs, IND AS, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
