Should have experience workingon Providing preapproved secured andgoverned AWS resources to end usersthroughAWS ServiceCatalog. Executing automation playbooksthrough AWS Systems Manager. Trackingresources in the CMDB powered by AWS Config seamlesslyonServiceNow with the AWS Service ManagementConnector. Defining new resource types basedon ServiceNow CMDB tables andsynchronizethese with AWS Config customresources. Configuring syncing AWS SecurityHub findings to ServiceNow incidentsorproblems.4. Shouldhave an understanding of ServiceNow development including creationofClient Scripts UI Policies Business Rulesetc.5. Should be able to analyse ITSMprocesses endtoend and map them toServiceNow.6. Uni and bidirectionalintegration using SOAP and REST messages13.Collaborate with team members to define analyse understand anddocumentbusiness and technicalrequirements.14. Using SCRUM / Agilemethodologies design and develop / configureformsworkflows; create scripts to buildlogic.15. Formulate testing approach testcases and document them16.
