    Objectivesof thejob
    Toensure Skill Enhancement of sales and aftersales staff:
    a)Managing the dealership s training requirements includingidentification of training needs and nomination to requiredprograms

    b)Delivery of training courses and programs as per OEM sstandards.
    c)Ensuring that training provided by OEM to the sales and after salesstaff supports the aimsand objectives of thedealership via inhouse trainings role plays tests etc. and providefeedback to OEM for future trainingrequirements
    d)Implementing an inhouse training system at thedealership

    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Conducttraining sessions for dealership staff on various aspects ofautomobile sales customer service product knowledge and dealershipoperations.
    • Develop training materials modulesand resources tailored to the needs of dealershippersonnel.
    • Collaborate with management toassess training needs and implement strategies to enhanceperformance.
    • Monitor and evaluate trainingeffectiveness through assessments feedback and performancemetrics.
    • Stay updated with the latestautomotive industry trends technologies and best practices toincorporate into trainingsessions.

    JobDesignation/Field ofWork:
    1Operational
    To perform training needs analysis (TNA) for each department andidentify the gap vis vis product knowledge sales process and softskill

    To provide inputs to OEM training team and take specific module toaddress the above needs and conduct trainings related to productknowledge sales process and soft skill wherever and wheneverrequired
    Tomaintain the central library for training and regularly update theinventory of the same thus reporting it to GM Sales & AfterSales
    Toidentify &; evaluate any external training program (ifrequired) for the employees &; training department withprior approval of GM Sales & AfterSales
    Evaluation and Assessment of Trainingsconducted
    InhouseTraining:
    Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through ETraining for all newsales staff Conduct Internal Orientationtraining for Sales and After sales staffConduct Basic Auto Technology Module and Test as per OEMguidelines Ensure implementation of On JobTraining through Training Log Books ConductProduct and Sales Process Training with role plays atdealerships Train the team on product launchupdates and competition comparison On thejob training and shadowing for Sales staff to improve conversionand productivity To design conduct& monitor timely evaluations after the training hasbeenimparted

    Coordination with OEM Team on Training NeedsTo get updated information on Products and Processes in terms ofTraining Content from OEM s Sales Training and Aftersales Trainingteam.TrainingMIS
