ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Formulatingprocess as per the business requirements.

Time to time P&L reviews as per the minimum wagesnotifications. Having regular meetings withthe clients to understand the challenges at thesites. Ensure that the profitability ismeeting with the budgets. Strives to have acontinuous improvement to achieve smooth operations at thesites.

Experienced in managingadministration & facility management including Operation& Maintenance Facility ManagementTechnical Housekeeping Procurement VendorManagementCafeteria Management AssetManagement Seat Allocation Gym Managementemployeegrievance s etc.; demonstratedabilities in working on initiatives thereby bringing downfacilitiesbreakdown & achievingannual costs savings.

Handling thepreparation of annual reports & MIS with vendors andcompanies for various assets. Exposure inmanaging general administrative activities like back officeoperations out sourced annualservicecontracts in compliance to statutoryrequirements. Budgeting MIS and Assetsmanagement. Coordinating with differentdepartments of the company for smoothfunctionality. A keen communicator with theability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels intheorganization.

PreferredSkills Should be B.E(Electrical) Degree holder OR diploma degree with 5 years of workexperience Facility management in commercial property orHospitality. Should possess an eye fordetail The person needs to have excellentcommunication skills experience in working with a very younganddemanding set of employees having theability to navigate in unknown circumstances andsituationsand needs to connect well with theemployees. A very smart energetic person who is capableoftaking initiative and decisions whenneeded.
