Description: Leading consultant trainer responsible for both training delivery, custom content design, and business development, with the flexibility to travel and conduct training in physical and virtual environments.

Summary: This role demands a dynamic blend of training proficiency, content design capability, business development skills, and adaptability to varying training settings. Success entails not only delivering top-tier training delivery but also achieving business development goals. As a Senior Consultant Trainer, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and revenue streams while ensuring training excellence across physical and virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement sales and leadership training programs for clients, adapting content for physical and virtual delivery.
• Lead client engagements, managing relationships from inception to completion, with the ability to travel as needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, meeting specified targets, while working remotely.
• Provide mentorship and support to Consultant Trainers, fostering a culture of excellence in both physical and virtual training environments.
• Ability to work both independently and interdependently and as part of real and remote teams, demonstrating adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills, adept at engaging audiences in physical and virtual settings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or can be an engineer with a master's degree with a passion for training, coaching & OD.
• Owning industry-recognized certifications in the field of L&OD and psychometric assessments.
• Proven track record in custom content design, training delivery, and business development, with the ability to travel as required.
• Experience in consulting or a related field is highly desirable.
• Experience Level: A cumulative 20 years, encompassing a decade in any corporate sector and an additional decade dedicated to L&OD.
