    Job Title: HVAC Revit Modeler

    Department: Engineering

    Location: Sanand, Gujarat

    Reports To: Project Manager

    Salary- 35K to 45K (depends on the interview)

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

    Must-Have: Minimum 2 years of Work Experience as an HVAC Revit Modeller.

    Job Summary: The HVAC Revit Modeler is responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems using Autodesk Revit software. This role involves collaborating with engineers and designers to produce accurate and efficient HVAC designs for construction projects. The HVAC Revit Modeler plays a crucial role in the successful execution of HVAC projects by creating accurate models and drawings that facilitate efficient construction and system operation. This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for this position and may be subject to modification as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. HVAC System Modelling: Utilize Autodesk Revit software to create 3D models of HVAC systems based on project specifications and design documents. Generate accurate representations of HVAC components, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls. Ensure that models are compliant with industry standards and local building codes. 2. Collaboration: Work closely with HVAC engineers, designers, and other stakeholders like clients to understand project requirements and design intent. Collaborate on design reviews and coordinate model changes as necessary. 3. Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection analysis within the Revit model to identify and resolve conflicts between HVAC systems and other building elements (structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Participate in coordination meetings to discuss clash resolutions. 4. Detailing and Documentation: Create detailed HVAC drawings, schedules, and documentation from the Revit model. Ensure that drawings are clear, organized, and accurate for use by construction teams and subcontractors. 5.BIM Standards: Adhere to Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards and protocols established by the organization. Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM standards and templates. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, with a strong focus on HVAC system modelling.Previous experience in HVAC system design, drafting, or modelling. Knowledge of HVAC principles, components, and systems.Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to HVAC design.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modelling and drafting.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts. Relevant certifications in Autodesk Revit or HVAC design are advantageous.
