    Account Executive :

    Job description

    1. Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities
    2. Hands of experience in bank coordination and Forex transactions is an added advantage.
    3. Fair knowledge of import clearance
    4. Must be well versed in Tally package
    5. In-depth and working knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST, etc.,
    6. Ensure reconciliations of accounts and reporting the same to the management on a regular basis
    7. Analyse and report on financial status including income and expenditure statement variances
    8. Able to communicate the financial results to management
    9. Good in budget preparation and analysis
    10. Ensure systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions wherever required
    11. Oversee taxes and abide by the law of the nation.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience is a must

    2. Able to handle independently

    3. A degree in commerce and accounts is a must

    4. Advanced computer skills in MS office, accounting software, and databased

    5. Excellent organization, problem-solving, communication, analysis and eye for detail are mandatory

    6. Good in MIS reports
