    • Experience:

    • Bidding andPresentation:
    • Participating inclient presentations and discussions to secure projectcontracts.
    • ProjectManagement: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 23projects from concept to completion(Mandatory).
    • Team Management:Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teamseffectively
    • StakeholderCoordination:
    • Collaborating withinternal departments and external stakeholders to ensure projectalignment.
    • Managing communication betweenvarious teams to meet projectmilestones.
    • Leading and mentoring junior teammembers to enhance overall projectefficiency.
