- Operational Excellence Overall responsibility for Roaster operations Fluid Bed Roaster Multi-Hearth Roaster ensure stable roasting maintaining optimum bed temperature oxygen potential SO concentration calcine quality achieve daily monthly and annual production targets as per business plan optimize fuel power air oxygen consumption monitor improve roaster availability campaign life
- Process Control Optimization develop implement SOPs control philosophies best operating practices analyze process deviations trips bottlenecks drive root cause analysis corrective actions coordinate DCSAutomation teams logic improvement alarm rationalization support continuous improvement initiatives TPM Six Sigma Lean
- Maintenance Reliability coordinate Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation teams preventive breakdown maintenance shutdown planning execution equipment reliability Blowers ESPs Cyclones Coolers Feed systems ensure readiness smooth execution planned shutdowns turnarounds
- Safety Health Environment SHE ensure strict compliance Process Safety Management PSM enforce HIRA HAZOP SOP adherence Permit Work systems ensure compliance environmental norms SO emissions dust effluents drive safety culture audits training incident investigations
