What you will do:

As a subject matter expert deploying and designing Cloud solutions for ECI's clients at scale, you will enable teams within ECI to become more efficient using both tools and code to achieve standardized deployments.

In this impact role, you will perform as an escalation resource helping our teams and customers succeed.

In our dynamic environment, your focus areas will include:

MSP Focused Cloud Design using Azure, AWS, and VMWareDeploy and assist others deploying cloud designs for customersProvide technology mentorship to internal and external customers regarding technology design, deployment, and upkeep.

Collaborate with customer and peers to understand business use-cases and leverage technology to drive solutions.

Produce repeatable consistent cloud delivery using technology in a DevOps / Automation fashionOn an as needed basis for projects and rollouts, write detail-oriented documentation and knowledgebase articles generally stored in ServiceNow or SharePoint.

Who you are:

Working knowledge of Network technologies such as Palo Alto, Meraki, and/or CiscoWorking knowledge of Cloud technologies such as VMware, Azure and/or AWSSystem Administration skills that fill out the broader technology picture as they interact with Cloud deploymentsPowerShell to create efficient automated tasks and deploymentsWorking knowledge of SAAS API'sAnalytical/Problem solving ability – ability to quickly evaluate and issue, resolve it or implement a workaround with consistent accuracy and success.

Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully respond to customer technology casesA passionate, self-directed commitment to continuous learning of new technologies.
Possess a Devops Mindset steadily seeking to improve consistency and scale using code / technology.
