This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with senior government officials, driving policy influence initiatives, and championing organizational interests in regulatory forums.

• Create comprehensive mapping of key influencers across government, regulatory, community, and industry ecosystem.
• Orchestrate rapid response mechanisms during operational disruptions or regulatory issues while acting as authorized company spokesperson.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy, crisis management and media relations. They must also possess a deep understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and the socio-political landscape of specific states concerning land procurement.
Key skills include analytical thinking to develop data-driven public affairs strategies. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams within complex matrix organizations is highly desirable.
