    Role

    We are looking for a Campaign Strategy Specialist. In this role, you will work with the biggest digital landscape advertisers across prominent markets in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, ME, SA, SEA, and AU/NZ. The Specialist role involves consistent and accurate data interpretation, strategy building, and trend modulation to grow advertiser accounts. You will work with a close-knit vertical industry team that focuses on complementary functional areas, including client partnerships, creative strategy, mid-funnel strategy, campaign strategy, market strategy, and supply strategy. You will be accountable to the team, and all team members are expected to learn facets of other functional areas so they can better see the big picture, be more strategic, and work together more effectively.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage brand performance/engagement campaign portfolios and be accountable for meeting client KPIs, performing regular analysis, and facilitating campaign growth.
  • Build strong coherence with the stakeholders: account managers, sales, ad operations, engineering, products, creative, and the publisher team.
  • Probe into and troubleshoot campaign setups and implement the necessary changes to achieve technical accuracy.
  • Monitor the accounts with strict attention to detail and carve insights relevant to account growth and retention.
  • Develop market expertise in specific vertical industries as well as broader marketing and digital advertising trends. Leverage this expertise to develop and strategize ways to help grow our clients' businesses.
  • Contribute and lead initiatives as a member of the vertical team. You will cross train and learn facets of campaign execution and technology with these team members, thereby building a well-rounded and diverse skillset.
  • Qualifications

  • B.Tech/MBA from a premier institution
  • Excellent analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and support various in-house projects
  • Ability to proactively build strategies within deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An energetic and self-motivated individual would be the best fit for the team.
