Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and lead organizational processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities will include managing resources, coordinating with various departments, supervising projects, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and process optimization
- Experience with Compliance Standards, Regulatory Services, and Quality Assurance processes
- Ability to manage Teleradiology, Cancer Care Networks, and Medical Tourism-related projects
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields
- Previous experience managing operations in the healthcare or medical services sector is highly advantageous
