- Monitor running processes and continuously improve these processes in terms of yield improvement and productivity improvement.
- Working with Global MET and T&I team for new project implementations.
- Installation, commissioning of machines for new production lines.
- Where necessary, identify new technology and machines suitable for the manufacturing process.
- Identify, and implement corrective actions to improve process capability and Conduct process capability studies like SPC.
- Look for opportunities to develop flow and modify the process, layout to achieve the same.
- Develop a document for sustainable process, update and maintain.
- Review and develop SOPs and train production personnel on the same.
- Review the FMEA and control plan at determined frequency and modify / upgrade when necessary.
- Work for process safety enhancement by identifying safety risks.
- Identify and document inspection plans, quality plans in coordination with quality department.
- Train production and quality team on the new process.
- Support new product development to launch in structured way as per APQP guidelines.
- Develop and implement plans for implementing Lean / TPM.
- New Process setup and implementation & qualification.
- Process troubleshooting in G6 & Delhi lab, maintain all process parameter within spec.
