    Overview :


    The position of MMM + Python + Bayesian + Regression requires an individual with a strong foundation in data analysis and modeling.

    The role is crucial for leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to provide valuable insights for decision-making within the organization.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement MMM models to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
    • Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
    • Apply Bayesian statistical methods to model uncertainty and make predictions.
    • Perform regression analysis to identify relationships between variables.
    • Create and maintain databases for storing and retrieving data for analysis.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MMM and Bayesian modeling.
    • Participate in the development and validation of modeling techniques and tools.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Proven experience applying MMM techniques in a business setting.
    • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
    • Strong understanding of Bayesian statistics and its applications.
    • Experience in regression analysis and predictive modeling.
    • Ability to work with large datasets and databases.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering accurate and reliable results.
    • Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.
    • Previous experience in marketing analytics or similar role is preferred.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as R, SAS, or SQL.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving methodologies and technologies.
