    • Ability to handle large teams and further scale them up quickly.

    • Responsible for Strategic inputs, KOL Initiative, and Academic initiatives to develop brands and increase market shares, Formulate and execute the marketing plans.
    • Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
    • Monitoring and competition and industry trends, Training & development of people,
    • Preparing techno commercial proposals and coordinating with a business plan and marketing teams.
    9 . Reduction in costs, improving salesforce productivity, and market share, and Developing brands.
