Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Proven track record in achieving targets
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain a database of leads and update information regularly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns
• Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies
