Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Recruiting at TechProjects. The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, recruiting, interviewing, training, and sales. They will lead the recruitment team and develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent. The Director of Recruiting will also collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Recruiting, Interviewing, and Training skills
• Basic Technology skills
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Knowledge of current hiring and recruitment trends
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related ( Optional )
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are beneficial
